As of now, we ship only in India. If you are from another country then please drop a mail at support@gounique.in. 

Shipping Time:

• Ready Products: We will ship the product within 2-15 working days from the day of placing the order.
• Customize products: we will ship them within 7-30 days from the day of placing the order.

Tracking Information:

• Usually, the courier company will send you an SMS. inside that, you will find the tracking link to track your product.
• if you do not receive the SMS from the courier simply mail us at support@gounique.in  or WhatsApp us at 7001152010. We will provide you with the tracking information.

Delivery Time:

• Usually, it takes 1 to 7 days after shipping the product depending on your address.

NOTE: The delivery depends on the courier service. So in some cases, it might get delayed.

 Shipping cost

• Forward: Rs 60/- all over India.
• Return: Rs 150/- to 200/-. The courier boy will go to your address and pick up the parcel from there ( except for a few postal codes).

NOTE: The customer has to pay the return cost only if the product is as described but still the customer wants an exchange. For more information please go to the return and refund section.
